Yes. Every key is sourced through authorized distribution and arrives with an order reference you can verify with the publisher. We do not deal in grey-market, OEM-stripped, or previously-activated keys — if a price looks impossible, that is usually why.
No. One seat is a real order. The renewal tracking and certificate come with it either way — a sole trader buying a single Acrobat license gets the same paperwork as a 500-seat tenant.
For CSP subscriptions and electronic keys, minutes after the order is approved. Perpetual licenses requiring publisher registration can take until the next business morning; we tell you which one you're in before you approve.
Usually. Subscriptions bought direct or through another CSP partner can often be transferred at renewal, and we can load existing perpetual licenses into the vault for tracking even where we didn't sell them. Send us what you have and we'll tell you what moves.
Nothing. It exists because customers who know what they own renew more accurately, which is better for everyone. There is no tier, no seat charge, and no upsell attached to it.
Card or bank transfer on the order by default. Net-30 is available on approved business accounts after the first order, and we can invoice against a PO number if your finance team requires one.
