Q3 Microsoft CSP price adjustment lands 1 Oct — lock your renewal rate

An independent reseller, not a catalogue.

Everyday Upgrades Inc supplies genuine Microsoft and enterprise software licenses to IT managers, procurement teams, and individuals — with a written recommendation attached to every quote.

What we do

Most software buying goes wrong in one of three predictable ways: the wrong SKU gets bought, it costs more than it needed to, and a year later nobody can say what the company actually owns. We built the business around fixing all three rather than just taking the order.

You tell us the outcome you need — not a part number. We map it to the license that genuinely covers it, tell you when a cheaper edition does the same job, and put that in writing. Approved orders are fulfilled through authorized distribution and delivered as a signed license certificate with keys, terms, and the paper trail procurement will ask for.

Why "independent" matters

We are not owned by, employed by, or endorsed by any software publisher. That means the recommendation you get is the one we would give a colleague, including when the honest answer is that you are already over-licensed and should renew fewer seats than last year.

It also means we cannot speak for any publisher's roadmap, licensing changes, or support commitments. Where a question is genuinely the publisher's to answer, we say so rather than guess.

Who we work with

There is no minimum order. A sole trader buying a single Acrobat license gets the same certificate, the same renewal tracking, and the same paperwork as a five-hundred-seat tenant. Most of our customers sit in the range that is too small for a large reseller to assign an account manager to, and too large to be buying seats on a credit card one at a time.

The tracking platform

Every license bought through us lands in a dashboard that watches renewal dates, flags idle seats, and warns you before a term auto-renews at a rate nobody agreed to. It costs nothing. It exists because customers who know what they own renew more accurately, which is better for everyone — there is no tier, no seat charge, and nothing attached to it that we later try to sell you.
