In short: we collect what you type into the quote form and nothing else. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the quote form, we receive the fields you complete: your name, email address, and optionally your company, an approximate seat count, and a description of what you need. If you email or call us instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

When the quote form is submitted, we store the two-letter country code your request came from and your browser's user-agent string alongside the submission. These are used to spot automated abuse. We do not store your IP address.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes requests to this site and may log technical request data for security and network operation under its own terms. We do not have access to an identifiable browsing record of individual visitors.

What we do not collect

No analytics, no advertising or social media trackers, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no cookies. See our cookie policy for detail.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To prepare and send your quote — this is the reason you gave us the information, and is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
To fulfil and support an order — including passing the details needed to register a license to the relevant authorized distributor or publisher.
To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes, which is a legal obligation.
To prevent abuse of the form, which is our legitimate interest in keeping the service working.

We do not use your details for marketing. There is no newsletter, no list, and we do not send unsolicited follow-ups.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is needed to do the job:

Authorized distributors and software publishers, where registering or delivering a license requires it.
Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and stores quote submissions in a database on our behalf.
Google LLC, which provides our email service.
Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to an actual order are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete a quote request sooner.

Where it is held

Quote submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database located in North America. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Residents of California may also request details of the categories of information collected and disclosed, and are entitled not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these, email contact@everupinc.com. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and we may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

This site is served only over HTTPS. Quote submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to people who need it to prepare your quote. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information and the law requires notice.

Children

This site is for business software procurement and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified to affected customers by email.
